Engaging with Communities
Once inside a community, you can toggle to join it. Important links curated by the community admin are easily accessible. After joining, you can participate in the community chat, where you can see the distance of other members relative to you, encouraging in-person connections.
Approval of Your Community
OOt’s team needs to approve any public communities that are created. So, it will take less than 24 hours for an approval of a community to take place.
Creating a Public Community
Creating a public community is simple: Input a Picture: Choose an image to represent your community. Community Name: Give your community a memorable name. Tags and Description: Add tags and a description to help others find and understand your community’s purpose.
Navigating My Communities
Much like the Connections section, Communities has a “My Communities” area, allowing you to easily identify the communities you belong to and create new public communities.
